Injury?
So what I thought was back soreness may be some sort of injury. Ever since I was little I have had a protruding bone where my thoracic and cervical spine meets and this bone used to oddly/painfully pop in and out of place. What's in My Pole Bag
Ok, so I am going to join in the game: What is In Your Pole Bag?
